This project is focused on the creation of a community owned and operated sustainable venture for the poor farming community of San Antonio Buenavista in Toluca Mexico in partnership with Monterrey Tech's Toluca Campus faculty and students and ASU (The Design School and Globalresolve™). This venture called Fruitbandit™ functions as a sustainable enterprise to help alleviate poverty by providing alternative low cost human-powered solutions for fresh fruit smoothie making businesses.
